We first discuss the work your academy wants to improve, then proceed within the scope defined in the service agreement.

    Agree on service scope, setup timing, costs, and operating conditions before signing the agreement.

  3. Dedicated environment

    Provide the agreed tools and configuration in an environment dedicated to your academy.

  4. Maintenance

    Handle operational fixes and support within the scope of the agreement.
